Lawful recovery only

Self-help repossession is undertaken only when the assigning secured party represents that a default exists and that recovery can be completed without breach of the peace, consistent with UCC §9-609 and applicable state law.

We document chain of custody, condition, personal-property inventories, and storage. Redemption, surplus, and deficiency questions are directed to the secured party.

Licensing

Recovery operations are offered only in jurisdictions where Crescent City or a contracted recovery partner holds required licenses, bonds, and insurance. Intake on this site is a request for engagement, not an acceptance of every file.
