Terms of Use

The contract for using Crescentcityassetmanagement.org and related services.

Acceptance

By accessing Crescent City Asset Management digital properties you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the industry notices published on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services include automotive sales facilitation, roadside membership intake, lawful asset recovery assignments, custom vehicle design, and dealership-transfer reservations. We are not a chartered bank and do not issue consumer credit from this website.

Accounts and signatures

Design packets, reservations, and certain recovery assignments require an authenticated session. Electronic signatures placed after email/password, Google, Apple, or passkey authentication are intended to satisfy the federal E-SIGN Act and the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Passkeys remain on your device; we store only public credential material.

Reservations and deposits

Custom and pre-order vehicles may be reserved at seven percent (7%) of configured manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP), inclusive of destination as quoted for your ZIP Code. The reservation is a good-faith hold, not a retail installment contract.

Final sale, title, tax, tag, and dealer documentation occur at a licensed dealership. Crescent City prepares the specification packet and introduces the client; the selling dealer is the merchant of record for the vehicle.

Limitations

MSRP quotations are market-intelligence estimates drawn from Crescent City’s maintained catalog and official NHTSA vPIC make/model validation. They are not invoices, advertised dealer prices, or guarantees of inventory. Live dealer pricing, incentives, and availability change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crescent City is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

These notices are informational and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Licensed counsel should be consulted for a specific matter.
