Written warranties
If Crescent City or a partner issues a written warranty on a consumer product, the warranty will identify the warrantor, describe coverage and exclusions, and state consumer remedies in a manner consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Aftermarket design options do not automatically void a manufacturer warranty; warrantors may deny coverage only for damage caused by a non-warranted part.
