How we collect, use, and share personal information.
Information we collect
Account data (name, email), authentication events, vehicle designs, ZIP Code searches, roadside and recovery intake forms, and reservation metadata. Payment card numbers are never collected or stored on Crescent City systems; card processing is performed by Stripe.
If you authenticate with Google or Apple we receive the profile elements those providers share with your consent. Passkeys store a public credential and counter only.
Use and sharing
We use information to operate divisions, complete dealership transfers, communicate about assignments, meet legal obligations, and improve security. We do not sell personal information.
We share data with service providers (hosting, authentication, payments), licensed dealers for transferred designs, lenders who assign recovery files, and authorities when required by law.
Retention and rights
Account, design, and reservation records are retained for the life of the relationship plus periods required by tax, title, and financial-record rules. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal holds.
