When Crescent City facilitates a reservation, dealership introduction, or recovery assignment that is incidental to a financial transaction, we treat related nonpublic personal information in a manner consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and implementing regulations.
We do not disclose NPI to non-affiliated third parties for their independent marketing. We share as needed to process the transaction, protect against fraud, or as permitted by law.
